WristWorth ("we," "our," "us"), operated by Bala Enterprises LLC, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Information from Google OAuth
When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Information We Generate
We calculate your WristWorth Score based on your platform activity. This score and its component factors are derived data, not data you directly provide.
Technical Information
We may collect browser type, device information, IP address, and usage patterns to improve the Platform and troubleshoot issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate and improve the Platform
- Calculate and display your WristWorth Score
- Provide personalized watch recommendations via the Discovery Engine
- Facilitate dealer connections through the AD Concierge (only with your explicit opt-in)
- Send account-related communications (milestone reminders, price alerts, platform updates)
- Generate aggregate, anonymized analytics about platform usage and watch market trends
3. Information Sharing
With Authorized Dealers (AD Concierge)
If you opt in to the AD Concierge feature, we share the following with matched dealers: your name, email, WristWorth Score and tier, milestone details (event type, brand preference, budget range, timeline), and collection summary. You must explicitly opt in to dealer connections on each milestone. We will never share your data with dealers without your consent.
With Service Providers
We use third-party services to operate the Platform:
- Supabase — database hosting and authentication (your data is stored in Supabase's SOC 2 compliant infrastructure)
- Google — authentication via OAuth
- Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions (we do not store credit card numbers)
- Formspree — waitlist form processing
We Do Not
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Share your data with advertisers
- Use your data for purposes unrelated to the Platform
- Share individual collection details publicly without your consent
4. Data Security
Your data is protected by Supabase's row-level security policies, meaning only you can access your own data through the Platform. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth with industry-standard encryption. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized, aggregate data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of your data
- Correction — Update inaccurate information through the Platform
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export — Export your collection data using the in-app export feature
- Opt Out — Withdraw consent from dealer connections at any time
7. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
